I have partnered with a top-tier strategy consulting business that provides advisory services to biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Their consulting services cover Market Access & Reimbursement, Pricing & Contracting, Clinical Pathways & Value-Based Care, Provider Site Profiling & Engagement.


Backed by big data, they provide global expertise in Oncology and Specialty Therapeutics across the US, EU4, UK, APAC and Latin America.


They are looking to bring on their next Life Science Consulting Partner with a focus on Market Access and Commercial Strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Leadership - Execute the firm's strategic vision. Identify growth opportunities and assess market trends within the market access space in life sciences.
  • Revenue Growth - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Client Relationships - Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Project Oversight - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring quality and timeliness. Manage project teams and allocate resources effectively.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants with skillsets matching industry needs and trends. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in global market access or pharma commercialization.
  • Extensive experience consulting in global market access strategy across various client types and therapeutic areas.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Strong ability to build and develop client relationships.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets with an assigned book of business.
