Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting phases
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, historical performance, and key financial metrics
• Evaluate the quality of earnings, cash flows, and working capital to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Prepare clear and concise due diligence reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior management
• Provide strategic guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction process, addressing their concerns and helping them navigate complex financial issues
• Financial Modeling

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• Transaction advisory experience required
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred
