Opportunity and Summary of Position:

Manager, Planning & Operations

Our Planning & Operations team works cross-functionally within our Commercial team and across Madrigal to drive and enable the growth of our Rezdiffra business. We lead critical, cross-functional efforts in support of our field-based teams, deliver objective analysis and insights, incubate new initiatives, and execute on strategic initiatives.

As part of our scope, we partner closely across leaders of our field-based teams to ensure each team has the data, insights, tools, and processes required to inform their execution strategy.

You will build scalable processes, tools, and dashboards/reports to inform and run the business. You will deliver actionable business recommendations through analyses and data storytelling.

Position Responsibilities:

• Interface with field-based stakeholders on topics ranging from call plan & alignment management, CRM enhancements to Incentive Compensation
• Use our data warehouse and/or CRM to extract data, synthesize data, run analyses, and visualize data to support stakeholders
• Build and customize dashboards based on existing data tables
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience analyzing commercial data sets (client-side or consulting)
• Technical expertise with call planning, alignment management, incentive compensation, and Veeva CRM
• Recent specialty drug launch experience; launch experience into new markets is a plus
• Expertise in visualization and using data insights to make recommendations and achieve goals
• Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail
• Ability to clearly communicate results and drive impact
  
  

Compensation:

Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits, which include flexible paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance.
