Position Description

A New York law firm is seeking an experienced Manager of Office Services to direct the office’s daily facilities operations and oversee a staff of six. This multifaceted position will involve ensuring the upkeep of the space by leading construction and renovation projects, as well as communicating regularly with building management regarding security, repairs, and buildouts. This person will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and training the departmental staff as well as ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and smoothly. The Manager will also be tasked with reviewing and negotiating contracts for service, purchasing new equipment, and providing budgetary oversight.

Required Skills

The position requires at least six years of relevant facilities management experience in a law firm or professional services setting. The qualified candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication and project management skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and an aptitude for exercising sound judgement. This person must be able to work on-site daily and flexible to work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.

Annual Salary (US$): 150,000-175,000 /annual
