Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Manager/Director of Sales and Business Development at Revent Group. The person will be working as an individual contributor and responsible for business development, leading the sales cycle from inception to closure, managing sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This role requires strong sales management skills and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. While located in the WI, MI area, or any other locations in the United States some remote work is acceptable.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Experience in managing sales operations in Casting (Ferrous/Non-Ferrous), Forging, Machining domain - MUST
  • Experience in sales/BD of above domain in one or more industries from: Lawn Mower, Agricultural, Energy, Oil & Gas, Hydraulics, Automotive/CV Aftermarket - MUST
  • Proven track record in customer service
  • Team management and leadership abilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
