The Digital Marketing team’s mission is to advance the Burger King brand by deepening our position in our core markets, scaling our digital programs, enhancing customer engagement, and streamlining the paths to purchase through outstanding digital experiences in our platforms.

The Digital Growth Marketing Manager will spearhead the execution of our digital marketing campaigns, and oversee the planning and launch of new digital growth and innovation projects to ensure they effectively contribute to our digital goals.

The role involves managing key projects end-to-end, including special promotions, partnerships, brand campaigns, digital innovation planning, competitive analysis, as well as providing insightful analytics and campaign reporting for stakeholders.

This person will work closely with our Marketing, Product, Loyalty and CRM teams to ensure feasibility, augmentation and impeccable execution of growth initiatives that effectively drive results for the digital business. The person will report to the Digital Growth & Innovation Sr Manager.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee the development and daily management of digital campaigns, including Special Promotions, Digital Partnerships, and campaign lifecycle project management from planning to execution, including, developing timelines, coordination of meetings, estimates, asset & production development, stakeholder alignment, creative and legal approvals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – CRM, Loyalty, Digital Product, Guest Support, Digital Execution, Marketing and Communications– to ensure comprehensive campaign support, amplification, and seamless execution.
  • Utilize analytical skills to generate reports, optimize campaign performance, document learnings, and establish best practices.
  • Monitor consumer trends and QSR competitor activity, providing ongoing insights to the team to identify digital growth opportunities that drive both new and returning traffic effectively
  • Monitor performance metrics and tracking to ensure findings are shared and coordinated into future campaigns and work
  • Working closely with marketing analytics, utilizing historical data, industry benchmarks, and past experience to develop future campaigns
  • Establish and refine processes for new growth initiatives, ensuring optimal execution through alignment with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Creative & CRM agencies for asset production, creative direction, and approval processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including registration, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in brand or digital marketing, preferably in the QSR industry, agency, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Product, or Project Management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and navigate potential challenges, offering alternative solutions.
  • Process-oriented with a knack for establishing or improving processes for efficiency.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects effectively within tight timelines.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
