$12 Billion Alternative Asset Manager Seeks a Management Company Controller

*Reporting to the CFO

*Manage a Staff of 2-3

*Oversee Management Reporting, Manage the Audit Process, and Lead Various Special Projects Related to Financial Management

*Prepare and Present Annual Budget and Forecast Projections

*Cash Management for all Management Entities

*Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements

*Manage Internal and External Financial Reporting Process

*Oversee Audits for all Management Entities – US and UK

*Maintaining Compliance with Regulatory Requirements

· Manage Month-End Process and Reporting

*Provide Financial Analysis and Recommendations for Strategic Initiatives, Mergers, Acquisitions, and other Business Development Activities

*Special Projects

Qualifications:

*10+ years Management Accounting Experience at another Alternative Asset Manager

*CPA a big Plus

*Proactive Leader who has helped Build out a Management Company Accounting Function at another Growing Alternative Asset Manager

Base Salary 250k-300k + Bonus ~400k All In. Excellent Opportunity for Growth at this $12 Billion Alternative Asset Manager
