Job Description
Scope: Operate, troubleshoot, cross train on all equipment in all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Scope: Operate, troubleshoot, cross train on all equipment in all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety and Housekeeping
- Observe all safety regulations
- Perform machine safety checks
- Perform daily preventive maintenance
- Record PM s maintenance
- Perform changeovers
- Maintain equipment
- Reorder machine parts as needed
- Modify machine
- Clear jams
- Troubleshoot common production and / or quality problems
- Housekeeping
- Notify production supervisor of machine breakdown, etc.
- Continuously work for best quality and productivity on line
- Participate in improvement projects
- Train and assist others
- Other duties as may be assigned by management
- HS Diploma or GED desired
- 5-7 year Maintenance Experience in Manufacturing
- Must be able to perform basic math
- Must be able to match numbers
