As a Maintenance Technician your responsibilities will include:
Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems.
Following established quality and safety standards.
**Required Qualities:**
The right person for this role will:
Be diligent, ensuring that workpieces are properly lubricated and cooled during machine operation.
Be serious about maintaining cleanliness and functionality by cleaning machines, tooling, or parts as needed.
Bring accountability to work by measuring dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications and monitoring machine operation for malfunctions.
**Required Abilities:**
In addition to the qualities mentioned above, candidates should possess:
Deductive Reasoning: The ability to apply general rules to specific problems.
Multi-limb Coordination: Coordination of two or more limbs while performing tasks.
Speech Recognition: The ability to identify and understand speech.
Static Strength: The ability to exert maximum muscle force for physical tasks.
**Job Details:**
Pay: $20.00 – $23.50 per hour.
Job type: Full-time.
Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
