Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance the appearance and functionality of residential and multi-family properties. This includes performing routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring all systems are operating efficiently.

- Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Assist in property improvement projects as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their maintenance concerns
- Must be available for a rotating on-call schedule for emergency call-outs

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other maintenance systems
- Ability to use various hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs and ladders for extended periods
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
