```Job Overview:```

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations of our facility. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively supervise a team.

```Duties:```

• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and other equipment issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment maintenance history
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and techniques
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes
  
  

```Skills:```

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage
• Proficiency in mechanical maintenance techniques
• Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly diagnose issues and develop effective solutions
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
