Description
- Manages the planning and execution of the preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of production equipment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manages teams in the maintenance organization.
- Manages preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.
- Develops performance standards and formulates staff development plans.
- Coaches and leads improvement activities.
- Manages department budgets.
- Manages spare parts and indirect materials inventory.
- Project Management - Establishes and maintains the "Balanced Triangle" of Scope, Schedule and Resources for a temporary effort (a "project").
- Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Build effective teams - Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.

- Directs work - Providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done.
- Equipment/Capital Procurement - Selects manufacturing equipment which meets the manufacturing specifications and meets the project or program needs.
- Health and Safety Fundamentals - Champions and models initiative-taking health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting and participating in actions to improve health and safety to build anointer dependent culture and contribute to an injury-free workplace.
- Drives engagement - Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
- Plans and aligns - Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related bachelor degree or higher, required.
- Experience: 3-5 years’ relevant work experience required.
