Maintenance Manager

Elite Sports Clubs, the premier health and fitness destination in the Greater Milwaukee area, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across our four locations. As the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure the effective upkeep of our facilities to provide a superior experience for our members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the facilities maintenance team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality work
• Develop and implement maintenance programs, policies, and procedures to optimize facility operations and enhance member experience
• Plan and prioritize maintenance projects, including repairs, renovations, and equipment installations, across multiple locations
• Coordinate with department directors and external contractors to execute capital projects and renovations efficiently and within budget
• Oversee preventative maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks
• Prepare maintenance reports, budget forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and evaluate effectiveness
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance management, preferably in a multi-site environment
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Proficiency in facilities management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, as needed
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
