Job Description
Multiple Production Lead Openings! 2nd shift
Experience: Minimum three years of lead experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Provide instructions and leadership to a workforce that is made up of 90% temporary workers. Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, drawings and BOM in English. Communicate clearly and train assembly staff.
Computer/software: Understanding Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Bartender label print software and Serial Scanning systems
Job Scope: Assist Operations Manager by providing leadership and instructions to entire production line. Assist production’s overall objective to ensure that all products produced meets company quality standards and is completed on time and in an efficient manner. Able to operate all equipment to achieve daily production goals.
Ability to plan, train and communicate effectively.
