Sales Operations Professional
We are a trading company that supplies various construction materials for manufacturing facilities in the US. We are providing total solutions to our customer from delivery to management, and our group is mainly trading mechanical construction materials such as high purity products – piping, valves, and fittings (so called as tool hook-up materials.)
The main key of our business is trading materials from US and overseas to fabs in US, handling all operation process and providing them to the Contractors’ job site in a timely manner, developing new customers for future business and vendors to improve supply chain operation.
We are recruiting a self-motivated and enthusiastic Sales Professional. The ideal candidate is
someone who has experience of sales and with knowledge of logistics, and SCM. However, entry-levels that are looking to grow with our company are also welcome!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales of mechanical materials to customers
- Support and co-work with Group manager in regard to meetings with customers and vendors, planning Strategy and New Business Opportunity development
- Negotiate sales conditions with business partners and deliver into documents
- Research and monitor the market and develop new customers/vendors
- Build up trusting relationships with business partners to secure/foster current business
- Manages any issues related in sales, quality, delivery and payments communicating with Group Manager, Headquarter (in Korea), Vendors and Customers
- Management and coordinating of sales and operation transactions
- Ability to travel to out of States/Overseas/Local Business trips
- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help to create, develop and implement process improvements
- 2 plus years of experience in Sales in Semiconductor Industry is preferred, but not required
- Any experience in Semiconductor FABs, Mechanical engineering, or mechanical materials, or Management of supply chain is major plus
- Team player with a focus on growing business with strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Language requirement: English Must, Korean Preferred
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office programs, especially use of Excel and PPT
- Fast learner
