Job Overview

The position is dedicated to the project management of special legal projects to improve and deliver the Legal Department’s full range of client services to the business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills as the position involves interacting with other business departments on a regular basis. Legal experience or interest in the legal field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

This position will assist with data migration projects and audits of legal department technology tools, such as Legal Tracker. This position will also own and manage special legal projects as needed and assist with information gathering for investigations. The candidate will assist with the accurate tracking of all legal process served on company to minimize risk.

Qualifications / Education:

Required Qualifications:

• Field of Study: Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and background in Project Management and/or Legal Field
• Available from April 2024 - March 2025
• Hybrid in-person schedule 3 days weekly, up to 28 hours maximum
• Available during core working hours of 10 AM - 3 PM Eastern

Preferred Skillset:

• Project Management skills
• Communication
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (plus)
• Personal skills: Open-minded, eager to learn, flexible, good communication skills
