What are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated and passionate law student to join our team as a Summer Legal Intern. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who would like to experience in-house legal counsel work in a public company and are interested in learning more about the intersection of law and technology, particularly in the field of cybersecurity. The Legal Intern will work closely with members of our legal team to support various legal matters including commercial, corporate, product, privacy, employment and litigation.

What will you do?

  • Assist the legal team in conducting legal research on different legal and compliance matters.
  • Review and assist with negotiating various contracts and agreements.
  • Support the legal team in drafting and reviewing policies, privacy notices, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product, compliance, and Infosec on various legal matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents for regulatory filings.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program
  • Strong academic record
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, cybersecurity, and emerging trends in the tech industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
