Description

As a Learning & Organizational Development Partner at monday.com, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development landscape from strategy to execution. You will lead local L&OD initiatives within the Americas region and own global programs to make a significant impact worldwide.

You’ll take a key role in driving our unique culture and values, continuously assessing organizational needs, devising solutions and fostering people's growth. You will be part of the Global L&OD team to create innovative talent management solutions that meet diverse business needs in areas such as succession planning, managerial capability building, learning & development, organizational development, change management and more.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.

About The Role

  • Design and deliver targeted L&OD solutions in a dynamic environment, including engagement, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management and team building
  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning initiatives within the BU to align with the company's goals and the BU’s objectives
  • Lead, design, develop, implement and facilitate innovative learning & OD programs to address current and future business needs. Oversee the execution of different initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable results
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in learning and organizational development. Infuse creativity and innovation into learning solutions to enhance the effectiveness of development programs, develop team-building exercises, and workshops
  • Collaborate with global partners and cross-functional teams to share best practices, insights, and push to ensure consistency in the application of global L&OD initiatives
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs. Analyze data to provide insights for continuous improvement and demonstrate the value of learning initiatives
  • Partner strategically and work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels of the organization to understand their needs and align learning initiatives accordingly
  • Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of L&OD initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant L&OD experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful learning and organizational development strategies and building programs from scratch
  • Strong understanding of best practices and emerging trends in the high-tech industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Nice to have: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business or a related field

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $120,000-$155,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
