Job Overview: The Quality Control Technician will check raw materials, manufactured products and third-party manufactured products to ensure that they conform to documented specifications prior to release.
Key Responsibilities:
Test raw materials and third-party products.
Identify conforming and non-conforming materials/products after testing.
Investigate non-conforming products.
Maintain QC lab documentation.
Conduct basic data analysis.
Education/Experience:
Degree in Chemistry or other related field.
0-1 yrs experience of manufacturing and testing conformal coatings.
Understanding & experience of laboratory test methods related to GCMS, FTIR, viscosity, solids, cure, gloss, moisture etc.
Understanding of ISO standards and customer requirements.
