Laboratory Operations Manager

Our client, a leader in the environmental testing space, is searching for a Manager of Operations for their leading environmental testing laboratory location in the US! This is an incredible growth opportunity as this location is poised for significant growth and expanded service offerings this year.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Operations, and come from an Environmental testing background. This role is onsite in Fort Wayne, but open to providing relocation assistance for the right candidate!

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of Operations experience
• Strong experience in environmental testing
• Excellent understanding of lab testing- Organic, Inorganic, Metals & PFA's
• Strong leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest standards of quality & safety
• Partner with the GM to manage a site of 40 people
• Oversee & manage budgets, hire & train employee's, manage supply chain & logistics
• Direct & coordinate day-to-day activities of the lab, ensuring production goals and customer satisfaction standards are met

Compensation for this role starts at $85 base salary + Bonus & other incentives.
