Napa County is currently recruiting for the position of Juvenile Hall Superintendent (Working Title: Chief Deputy Probation Officer) for the Probation Department.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in project management and ability to oversee a variety of projects
- Experience effectively managing a diverse team
- Extensive knowledge of current trends and developments in the field of probation
