Off-White has been expanding its network of directly operated stores landing in the most prominent luxury retail venues across Europe and the United States. We are leveraging the power of physical points of sale to acquire new customers and foster brand loyalty.

THE ROLE

Off-White is looking for a Junior Brand Manager to drive and deliver all the activations across its store in New York City. You will report directly to the Retail & Franchising Director at Off-White and make sure to connect with the HQs Brand Marketing and Communications teams in Milan to create unique experiences for our Customers and Local Communities.

What You'll Do

  • Drive brand activities in New York City, deliver activations and events around the NYC Store
  • Design unique experiences following Brand image and guidelines, collaborating with relevant departments such as Brand Marketing and Communications
  • Actively cooperate with the HQs Brand Team in building the calendar of activations in New York City, during key moments, and with key partners, in accordance with the Retail Department
  • Design and plan activations to identify connect and nurture the relevant local communities
  • Actively collaborate in the preparation of annual communication plans for the brand, in close collaboration with the Communications team, with a specific focus around the City and the Store in New York.

Who You Are

  • Degree/background in Marketing and/or Communications, deep understanding of the Retail market in NYC
  • Proven experience in events set up (i.e., exhibitions, parties, talks)
  • Proven attitude in building relationships and partnerships in the cultural and fashion fields, as well as a track record of contacts and links with the local communities. A network of relationships in entertainment, music, fashion, art, design in New York City is required.
  • Consumer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent communication skills, strong motivation, interest, and connected to NYC cultural and fashion community
