Java Developer

We are looking to hire a Java Developer to join our team. This will be a 3-month contract to convert Python code into Java.

3 month contract

Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid on-site)

Pay: $100,000 to $120,000 salary

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Identify and fix software defects and bugs
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
• Participate in Agile development process, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
• Keep up-to-date with latest technologies and trends in Java development
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of core Java concepts and object-oriented programming
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
• Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL or Oracle
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
