IT Summer Intern

Location: Mahwah, New Jersey (Onsite)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $15.13 per hour

About the Elements Connect Internship

As an intern at Elements Connect, you will be directly involved in the IT teams' day-to-day operations in our office. You will have an opportunity to immerse yourself in hands-on experience with help desk needs, build lasting professional networks, and interact directly with our Elements Connect President. All of this allows you to gain the necessary skills and knowledge.

What you'll do at Elements Connect

• Configure laptops and hardware for onboarding/offboarding requests
• Answer ticket requests from employees through the help desk system in a timely manner
• Experience face-to-face interactions with employees with on-site support at the help desk window, and desktop support at the user's desks
• Inventory management and IT asset tracking
• Assist in technical troubleshooting and analysis
• End of summer internship presentation
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student majoring in Information Technology or any other relevant field
• A self-starter with excellent academics
• Strong leadership and technical skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
