Position: IT - Project Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract to hire

Candidate Technical And Skills Profile

Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing daily:

• Working with development teams to ensure adherences to enterprise change delivery
• Assisting teams with change management and potentially deployment related issues
• Review metrics for successful changes and track any issues that stems from changes
• Organize and schedule release calls
• Provide support during releases
• Will be held accountable to understanding the impacts that changes will have to the affected systems, and ensure that the changes will not negatively impact any system.
• Review change documentation in order to ensure that change processes have been followed and documentation is accurate and complete.
  
  

Describe the required must have technical skills, tools, or experience:

IT professional capable of excellent communication across multiple streams of work

The manager can train on the tools/tech, this is not a highly technical job

Release Management < 1 yr

Deployment Tools (Kubernetes, UrbanDeploy) < 1 yr

ITSM < 1 yr
