IT Intern

Currently, we are hiring for an IT Intern to our headquarters in Gilbert, AZ for the summer busy season! This is a temporary position, with the potential to become a permanent full-time role. We are targeting candidates within the $16.00-$20.00/hr (DOE) range.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing in this role?

• Learn how and complete new user setup, account creation in M365, Telephony and CRM systems.
• Learn how and complete user termination tasks, asset reclamation.
• Learn logistics for new system builds and shipping/tracking to multiple nationwide locations.
• Learn ticketing skills, Help Desk Tier 1 type troubleshooting and triage.
• Learn and work with enterprise documentation and knowledge base.
