IT Intern

Responsibilities

The IT Intern will assist the Corporate IT team with projects around system development methodology, Monday.com, IT department benchmarking, and other projects as assigned. This individual should possess a continuous improvement mindset to identify problems using analytical skills, collaborate across business functions, and implement best practice solutions.

Summer Internship Outline:

• Support projects around system development methodology, Monday.com, IT department benchmarking
• Will be tasked with measuring and reporting on the maturity of the Culligan IT organization
• Define and implement our system development methodology
• Opportunities to participate in building solutions to help the business solve problems while establishing relationships with peers and leaders, learning fundamentals, and receiving feedback from your internship manager
• Will gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team
  
  

Requirements:

• Junior or Senior working towards a degree in Information technology or closely related major
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Experience with Power BI a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving and chameleon communication to adapt message to various business partners
