General Function
This position will provide support and maintenance of software applications throughout the District.
Education/Training Experience
- Minimum: 3 to 5 years of directly related experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and three or more years of directly related experience.
- Good working knowledge of and experience with enterprise and desktop applications, including MS Office Suite/Office 365, Google Apps for Education, Google Management Console, GoGuardian, LANSchool, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCad, Educational applications, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Corel Draw, Asset Tiger or other IT asset management system, SchoolDude, PowerSchool, Raptor, etc.
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems such as Apple, Windows and Chrome.
- Knowledge/experience in managing iPad carts and Chromebook carts.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
