We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:

• Develop understanding of industry sector and familiarity with relevant clients in the space
• Identify, understand and meet client priorities and needs
• Prepare financial models and analytics including, but not limited to, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, etc.
• Work in a team environment and develop relationships – both internally and externally
• Establish productive relationships with internal and/or external clients
• Enhance processes and procedures; analyze and capture knowledge
  
  

Your team
You’ll be working in the Leverage Finance team in New York. Our team is responsible for originating, underwriting and syndicating debt transactions for corporate and sponsor clients as well as working with internal partners in credit risk control in assessing risk positions. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters, including assessment of capital structure alternatives and financing options.

Your expertise

• good understanding and hands-on exposure to assessing credit risk.
• ideally you have experience working within credit risk control or leverage finance in investment banking
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly
• ability to partner with other groups across the bank
