Investment Banking Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Banking Analyst to join our New York office. The successful candidate will be involved in all facets of investment banking from mergers and acquisitions to capital raising and financial restructuring. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile transactions and develop a deep understanding of various industries and markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other client presentations.
• Perform comprehensive industry, market, and competitor research.
• Support senior bankers in the execution of transactions and in the cultivation of client relationships.
• Manage and coordinate the due diligence processes.
• Contribute to the development of junior staff and interns.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier university.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial services field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
