Investment Associate/Sr. Assoc.

We are excited to be working with one of our favorite clients in hiring an Associate or Senior Associate. This role will require a high level of operational focus, with some modeling and valuation . There is a great deal of growth potential in this role and they offer a competitive base and bonus program. Private equity or "buyside" experience a plus.

Candidates with experience from the Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Private Equity or Deal Advisory, will be given first priority.

Responsibilities:

• Perform modeling and valuations on potential transaction
• Have the opportunity to work on special projects in operations, metrics and reporting
• Work with finance team on presentations
• Have the opportunity to work with leadership and contribute to the deal process

Skills:

• 5+ years for Senior Associate consideration. 3 years of relevant experience for Associate
• Ability to work independently
• Strong modeling experience
