This is a full-time on-site role for an International Economist located in Glendale, CA. As an International Economist, you will be responsible for analyzing economic data, conducting research, and providing insights on global economic trends. You will also develop and implement economic models, prepare reports and presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of international economics, macroeconomics, and trade policies
Proficiency in mathematical and statistical analysis
Experience in economic research, data analysis, and forecasting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Master’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or a related field
Experience with econometric modeling and software, such as Stata or R, is a plus
Understanding of global financial markets and geopolitical factors influencing economies
Knowledge of international trade agreements and regulatory frameworks
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
