About The Role

As an e.l.f. Events/PR Intern, you will help support product orders, PR send outs, and event preparation. This internship will involve assisting in managing product orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining product inventory levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating PR send outs, which may involve packaging and shipping products to influencers, journalists, and other stakeholders!You will also contribute to event preparations, both on-site and in-office. This may include assisting in the logistics of setting up and organizing events, or preparation of gifting elements at each event. Overall this internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of e.l.f.’s operations, from supply chain management to marketing and event management. The intern will work closely with the brand's team, contributing to the success of product launches, PR initiatives, and events.

Requirements

• Currently a rising junior/senior enrolled in an undergraduate program
• LA based
• 6-9 month verbal commitment
• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Planning/Management, Public Relations, Communications or related field
• Ability to dedicate 20/30 hours a week
• Ability to be on-site in our LA office 2-3 days/week
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on approach with strong ability to problem solve, coordinate, and prioritize efficiently
