Role Overview:

Our Broking Interns will join in New York, where they will gain unique insight in to brokering, the people who perform that role, and our industry. Ideal candidates will be excited to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. If you consider yourself resilient, entrepreneurial and analytical, we believe this opportunity is for you.

Daily tasks may include:

  • Working with assigned desk to operate various technology decks and related trading aps.
  • Overview of and exposure to market pricing models.
  • Coordinating with various desk to produce global daily market reports.
  • Update daily trade capture reports.
  • Keeping trade records up to date.
  • Shadowing senior brokers on assigned desks.

What we require from you:

  • Independent, self-motivated, with ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate
  • Strong analytical, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Prior exposure of Microsoft Office suits (Excel, Outlook, Word)
