Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Instructional Developer to join our team in the Washington DC Metro Area. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating and delivering engaging training programs for our diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive courseware to meet training requirements.
Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to develop educational strategies and innovative training content.
Create instructional goals and conduct research for relevant learning program content.
Develop supporting content such as instructor guides, student guides, and supplemental training materials.
Support learning technology initiatives, including webinars, online courses, and self-paced e-learning.
Prepare regular program content and messaging to effectively communicate course objectives and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, e-learning, instructional design, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in instructional design or training development.
Strong instructional design, writing, and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
US Citizenship required.
