About The Role

Inside Sales Consultants are responsible for contacting company generated and self generated leads and presenting our Torus products to potential residential customers. Our priority is to give each potential customer an educational experience and refrain from pushy sales tactics for an optimal customer experience. Our desire is to find the best solution for each potential Torus customer. This person will also be responsible for tracking their metrics in the company's CRM to help support transparency, communication and predictability.

Responsibilities

  • Daily lead dialing and other forms of communication such as text and email
  • Run up to 4 virtual consultations with potential customers per day
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain a clean pre and post sale pipeline
  • Occasionally assist with lead generation events

Experience You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of sales or lead generation experience required
  • Solar or renewables experience preferred
  • Experience with sales tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce preferred
