The Role

This is an investment team role.

We are seeking a talented individual at the Associate level with a consulting background or a similar relevant skillset. Ideal candidates may have worked at firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Casey Quirk, or Cambridge Associates and have a passion for private markets and data & analytics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and production of industry research and thought leadership thematic pieces, which will enrich our client content and aid with fundraising efforts across our GP Stakes strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging themes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage proprietary insights, as well as data sets from Preqin and Pitchbook (amongst other sources) to create insightful reports, whitepapers, and other thought leadership content.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored content to support fundraising efforts and enhance client relationships.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and provide strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with the production of quarterly investor letters, videos and presentation materials, including collating fund performance data, manager news-flow and thematic content.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, finance).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and research methodologies.
• Passion for staying informed about industry trends and developments.
• Must be Pitchbook and Preqin literate
  
  

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $110,000 to $125,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
