Position Summary

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Forges strong relationships with clinics, organizations, and institutions, serving as their primary point of contact during the implementation process.
  • Understands customer needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to optimize their experience.
  • Manages multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develops high-level strategies ensuring seamless processes between Empower and our customers.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the customer onboarding process, addressing client needs and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Delivers comprehensive remote training sessions for clients, ensuring their proficiency in utilizing our systems.
  • Identifies bottlenecks and inefficiencies within client workflows, implements strategic process improvements to enhance the adoption of Empower products and services.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains strong business relationships with assigned healthcare providers to enhance and retain existing business for our company's products and services.
  • Serves as the primary communication liaison between assigned accounts and the company during assigned implementation projects, utilizing internal resources as needed.
  • Creates training materials, documentation, and user guides.
  • Works with the sales team to ensure all opportunities and other relevant information is updated in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system prior to onboarding new clinics.
  • Develops and maintains detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
  • Utilizes CRM to report on healthcare provider needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential utilization of our products and services.
  • Maintains updated daily communication logs in CRM to track activity and call frequency, ensuring overall goals are met.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds minimum KPI standards and expectations, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in performance.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Travel Required

Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands or to climb, balance, stoop or kneel. Employee must be able to lift up to 30lb.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
  • Pharmacy certification (CPhT)or minimum 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical, tele-medicine, integrative clinical operations.
  • Project management experience (Preferred).
  • Pharmacy certification (CPhT) preferred.
