Are you an experienced insurance professional with a knack for managing personal lines accounts? Are you looking for a dynamic, fast-paced role that will challenge and reward you in equal measure? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role offers a blend of remote and in-office work, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

• This is a hybrid work schedule. Some office time required to meet with clients in person.
  
  

Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include

• Managing a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
• Handling all aspects of the client relationship, from initial contact and proposal development to policy renewals and claims management.
• Working closely with clients to identify their insurance needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Navigating complex billing issues, ensuring that clients understand their invoices and resolving any discrepancies.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure that all client needs are met and that service levels are consistently high.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Participating in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Personal Lines Account Manager role will have

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in insurance, with a focus on personal lines, life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
• Proven experience in claims management and billing.
• Experience in developing proposals and managing policy renewals.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex billing issues and resolve disputes.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts.
• The ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office work.
