Human Resources Internship

Duration: This is a 3-month internship position

Hourly Expectation: Full-Time 40 hours/week

Location: Hybrid - 3 days in SOHO Office

Hourly Rate: $17 - 18 an hour

Bubble Skincare is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in the field of Human Resources. This internship will provide valuable exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, such as organizing employee events and handling inquiries.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR documents.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Learn to navigate and utilize the HRIS system for data entry, updating employee information, and generating reports.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and training records.
  • Other HR duties as assigned

Expectations & Qualifications:



  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications, with the aptitude to learn new HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to learn new .
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
