We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with entry-level HR tasks. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a bachelor’s program and has a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating exit interviews.
• Maintain personnel files in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle all verifications of employment requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Act as a liaison between new hires and their leaders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Assist with mail, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Support HR-related special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, HR process improvements, and diversity and inclusion programs.
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program with a focus on Human Resources or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
