As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for owning projects as well as the organization of onboarding and offboarding operations. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who enjoys working alongside others and driving company culture!
The Role:
Taking ownership of projects - comprehending compliance and HR regulations
Managing electronic files, overseeing training and development, and maintaining status trackers for employee advancement
Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinating events and contributing to fostering company culture
Entry-level recruiting
