Human Resources Director
We are partnering with a nationally recognized organization to find a Director of Human Resources. The HR Director will lead a team of 5 HR professionals and partner with location managers to support all facets of HR strategically. The main focus areas will include employee relations, compliance, and succession planning. This role is perfect for the HR Manager who loves change management, creating processes, and driving growth. Our client offers competitive Medical, Dental & Vision coverage, a competitive 401K, and 3 weeks of PTO. Salary is $ 120K-$170K + annual bonus.
HR Director Responsibilities:
- Drive day-to-day HR Operations including but not limited to employee relations, onboarding, and benefits management
- Act as a strategic partner to department managers
- Build and streamline hiring and onboarding processes
- Lead all projects for the HR Director including meeting deadlines under pressure
- Create employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Partner directly with leadership daily on HR strategy
- Drive organization growth through employee development
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, HR leadership experience is required
- Experience with change management within HR is required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- HR experience within multi-location and multi-state organizations
- SHRM-CP preferred
