We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner at Cyara, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our organization by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and department heads, providing strategic HR guidance and support to optimize employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development efforts.


Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to department heads, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
  • Build relationships with executive business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Act as a change agent as the business continues to reshape itself with the goal of providing a world-class customer and employee experience.
  • Lead complex, data driven initiatives where the impact is significant in supporting the client's needs. Initiatives include employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Partner with the HR team to develop and implement training and development programs that support employee growth and skill development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational development needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR andleverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.


Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR business partner role.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator.
  • Excellent interpersonal, group, process, and influence skills.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

$100,000 - $130,000 a year

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
