In this critical role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our HR team by handling a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operations.

- Provide exceptional support to all internal and external HR inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and electronic employee records.
- Serve as a point of contact with benefits vendors and administrators.
- Assist the recruitment process by identifying qualified candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Manage calendars for the HR management team.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit enrollment documentation.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, maintaining detailed agendas.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate training sessions and seminars for employee development.
- Conduct new employee orientations and update records.
- Generate reports summarizing general HR activities.
- Contribute to accurate and timely payroll processing, resolving any errors.
- Complete termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
- Strong HR administration and people management skills.
- Familiarity with payroll practices and procedures.
- Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in email, MS Office Suite, and other relevant HR software and communication tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and independently manage assigned responsibilities.
