Position Title: HR Internship

Location: Amesbury, MA

Duration: The program lasts for 12 weeks. End of May to Middle of August 2024

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR professionals on special projects tailored to enhance our HR operations across the United States. This role offers exposure to all facets of HR, providing a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and operations within a dynamic organizational setting. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in aligning HR policies and procedures for different locations across the United States.
  • Collaborate with HR professionals to create standardized documentation and processes.
  • Participate in initiatives to automate HR processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support employee relations activities, including responding to inquiries and maintaining records.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to special projects as needed.


Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
