Duties/Responsibilities
Assist with housing for newly arrived refugees by confirming housing arrangements and airport pick-up times.
Develop relationships with landlords and/or property managers.
Inspect housing for safety, code compliances and identify any issues.
Ensure housing is move-in ready with required furniture and other items, with utility service on.
Other assigned duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of St. Louis neighborhoods
Proficiency in using web‑based client database programs and Microsoft office programs
Well organized and detail oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
Manage multiple tasks at once
Ability to work productively in a multicultural environment and demonstrate respect for
Must have a car and valid driver's license with proof of insurance
Some evening and weekend hours
Willing to obtain a MO chauffeurs license.
Education And Experience
High School Diploma
Previous work experience in similar field
