Hotel General Manager Responsibilities

• Overall Leadership and accountability for the property
• Training, developing, and mentoring of all employees.
• Complete financial responsibility through creating budgets, driving revenue, and managing expenses.
• Oversees all property appearance and maintenance.
  
  

Hotel General Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years Hotel General Manager experience
• Marriott brand experience is preferred
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinker with analytical skills
• A passion for the guest and team experience
