Hitter's House Assistant Manager - Lizard Skins
The Hitters House Assistant Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services, oversees and is accountable for the operation of the store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs.

Job Duties:
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of guest service.
- Represent the brand, understand the competition, and retail landscape.
- Train, develop, and assist employees to become part of a motivated sales force.
- Adapt team priorities to respond to customer and business partner needs.
- Ensure visual standards for retail are always maintained.
- Assign employee's daily task.
- Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise adjacencies and presentations; signing, and assortment in all departments; ensure selling floor is adequately stocked.
- Manage social media content to promote engagement.
- Collaborate with corporate to develop marketing and business strategies.
- Verbal and written communication skills.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail store.
- At least 1 year in supervisory or lead role.
- Baseball knowledge preferred.
- College degree preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
