Job Description: Recruiter (Healthcare)

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking self-starting individuals with experience in the healthcare industry to join our team as recruiters.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for both temporary and permanent positions across various healthcare settings nationwide.
  • This role offers a base salary with a comprehensive range of health benefits, as well as a lucrative commission structure for successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company technology, job boards, and other resources to source potential candidates.
  • Read and understand open job requirements, matching them to qualified candidates.
  • Initiate outreach to potential candidates via email, phone, and text messaging.
  • Conduct telephone or video conference interviews to qualify candidates further.
  • Verify information provided in resumes and ensure proper formatting and submission according to company standards.
  • Operate within the company's applicant tracking system, managing candidates through the interview process to the final offer stage.

Qualifications:

  • Previous agency staffing experience in the healthcare industry, with a comprehensive understanding of various healthcare positions.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing and identifying talent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

  • The exact base salary and commission structure pay rate will be determined based on the recruiter's relevant experience and potential book of business.
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, health benefits, and commission structure, enabling the potential to earn a six-figure income on an ongoing basis.
